out = RT_gampdf(x,mu,shape)

function out = RT_gampdf(x,mu,shape)

   Returns the gamma probability density with parameters
   MU and SHAPE at the values in x.
   The form used is such that the mean value is MU and larger
   SHAPE is closer to a Gaussian distribution.
