Function Synopsis

P = intensity_distribution(x, L, mu)

function P = intensity_distribution(x, L, mu)
 Returns the Multilook Intensity Distribution for a single channel
  x     - sample intensity
  L     - number of looks
  mu    - underlying mean (defaults to 1)
 
  x can be a vector, L and mu must be scalar
 L defaults to 1 if not specified
