Function Synopsis

P = intensity_ratio(Q, R, rho, L)

function P = Intensity_Ratio(Q, R, rho, L)
Returns the Multilook Intensity Ratio for correlated channels
 Q     - sample ratio sigma_1 / sigma_2
 R     - true ratio sigma_1 / sigma_2
 rho   - complex correlation
 L     - number of looks

 Q can be a matrix; R, rho and L must be scalar
 L defaults to 1 if not specified
