U=nu2nleU(nu)

function U=nu2nleU(nu)
 converts the K distribution parameter nu to the normalised log
 estimator U.

 Some references define as a negative value.

 Needs Matlab R13 for the psi function, otherwise obtain the
 digamma.m file from the net (by Christoph Mecklenbraeuker)
